RadSystems Licensing Policy
Software refers to RadSystems Studio
User(s) refers to any individual/organization making use of RadSystems Studio
1. License Grant
1.1 Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, RadSystems grants User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use a single copy of the Software solely for personal and commercial application development purposes.
1.2 User acknowledges that this Agreement grants a license, not a transfer of title to the Software. All intellectual property rights in and to the Software remain the exclusive property of RadSystems.
1.3 User agrees not to:
- Decipher, decompile, or reverse engineer any portion of the Software.
- Remove or alter any copyright or other proprietary notices contained within the Software.
- Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer the Software or any portion thereof to a third party.
2. Subscription Model
2.1 RadSystems offers a single licensing option: Subscription.
2.2 Subscription Term:
- The initial Subscription term shall be for twelve (12) months commencing on the date of purchase ("Subscription Term").
- The Subscription will automatically renew for successive twelve (12) month periods ("Renewal Term") unless canceled by User before the end of the then-current Subscription Term.
2.3 Subscription Fees:
- The annual Subscription fee for a single developer (1 PC) is One Hundred Ninety-Nine Dollars (USD 199.00).
- User acknowledges that the Subscription fee is NON-REFUNDABLE after purchase.
2.4 License Ownership:
Upon full payment of the Subscription fee, the license becomes User's property for the duration of the
Subscription Term and any applicable Renewal Term(s).
2.5 Access After Cancellation:
Upon cancellation of the Subscription, the license will expire at the end of the current Subscription
Term. The Software will become deactivated, and new development will not be possible. Existing projects
created during the Subscription Term may be opened and edited but will not have access to new features
or updates.
3. Trial Version
RadSystems offers a fully functional trial version of the Software for thirty (30) days for evaluation purposes. No credit card information is required to access the trial version.
4. Development Packages and Licensing
4.1 The Software includes five (5) development packages (PHPRad Classic, PHPRad Vue, PYRad Vue, NodeRad Vue, and ASPRad Vue) accessible with a single Subscription.
4.2 User can choose to develop with any or all of the included packages. Discounts are not available for purchasing individual packages.
5. Upgrades and Updates
Upgrades and updates to the Software are included throughout the active Subscription Term.
6. License Entitlements
6.1 A valid Subscription entitles User to:
- Unlimited tables and fields for project development.
- No limitations on the number of applications generated with the Software.
- Non-paid basic support from RadSystems.
6.2 RadSystems shall make commercially reasonable efforts to correct bugs or other errors in the Software. However, RadSystems is not liable for downtimes or User's inability to use the Software.
7. Term and Termination
7.1 This Agreement shall commence on the date User downloads or uses the Software and shall remain in full force and effect until terminated in accordance with this Agreement.
7.2 RadSystems may terminate this Agreement at any time for cause, including but not limited to User's breach of any provision of this Agreement.
7.3 Upon termination of this Agreement, all rights granted to User under this Agreement shall cease, and User shall promptly uninstall and destroy all copies of the Software in its possession or control.
