RadSystems Licensing Policy

RadSystems Studio Yearly Subscription License Policy

Software refers to RadSystems Studio.

User refers to any individual or organization making use of RadSystems Studio.

1. License Grant

1.1. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, RadSystems grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use a single copy of the Software solely for personal and commercial application development purposes.

1.2. The User acknowledges that this Agreement grants a license, not a transfer of title to the Software. All intellectual property rights in and to the Software remain the exclusive property of RadSystems.

1.3. The User agrees not to:

• Decipher, decompile, or reverse engineer any portion of the Software.
• Remove or alter any copyright or other proprietary notices within the Software.
• Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer the Software or any portion thereof to a third party.

2. Subscription Model

2.1 RadSystems offers a monthly and yearly subscription licensing option for RadSystems Studio.

2.2. Subscription Term:

• The Subscription term shall be for one (1) month or one (1) year, commencing on the date of purchase or license activation ("Subscription Term").
• The Subscription will automatically renew for successive monthly or yearly period ("Renewal Term") unless cancelled by the User before the end of the then-current Subscription Term.

2.3 Standard Subscription Fees (Single Developer License – 1 PC)

Monthly Subscription

• USD 39.00 per month
• Licensed for use by one (1) developer on one (1) PC
• Subscription fees are non-refundable after purchase

Annual Subscription

• USD 319.00 per year
• Licensed for use by one (1) developer on one (1) PC
• Represents a discounted rate compared to monthly billing
• Auto-renews annually unless cancelled prior to renewal
• Annual subscription fees are non-refundable after activation

2.5 Enterprise Subscription Fees

Enterprise Monthly Subscription

• USD 99.00 per month
• Licensed for use by one (1) developer on one (1) PC
• Auto-renews annually unless cancelled prior to renewal
• Enterprise subscription fees are non-refundable after activation

Enterprise Annual Subscription

• USD 799.00 per year
• Licensed for use by one (1) developer on one (1) PC
• Auto-renews annually unless cancelled prior to renewal
• Enterprise subscription fees are non-refundable after activation

2.7. Failed Billing:

• If billing fails for any reason whatsoever, User’s access to RadSystems Studio will be restricted, and the Software will become inaccessible until billing is successfully resolved.
• In cases of non-renewal or failed billing, the User will lose access to all new features, updates, and development capabilities.

3. Trial Version

RadSystems offers a fully functional trial version of the Software for fourteen (14) days for evaluation purposes. No credit card information is required to access the trial version.

4. Upgrades and Updates

Active license holders receive continuous upgrades and improvements, including new features, UI enhancements, bug fixes, and access to early beta releases.

5. License Entitlements

5.1 A valid Subscription entitles the User to:

• Unlimited tables and fields for project development.
• No limitations on the number of applications generated with the Software.
• Non-paid basic support from RadSystems.

5.2. RadSystems will make commercially reasonable efforts to correct bugs or other errors in the Software. However, RadSystems is not liable for downtimes or User’s inability to use the Software.

6. Term and Termination

6.1. This Agreement shall commence on the date the User downloads or uses the Software and shall remain in full force and effect until terminated in accordance with this Agreement.

6.2. RadSystems may terminate or update this Agreement at any time for cause, including but not limited to the User's breach of any provision of this Agreement.

6.3. Upon termination of this Agreement, all rights granted to the User under this Agreement shall cease, and the User shall promptly uninstall and destroy all copies of the Software in its possession or control.
