RadSystems Studio Monthly Subscription Licensing Policy

Software refers to RadSystems Studio

User(s) refers to any individual/organization making use of RadSystems Studio

1. License Grant

1.1. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, RadSystems grants the User a non- exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use a single copy of the Software solely for personal and commercial application development purposes.

1.2. The User acknowledges that this Agreement grants a license, not a transfer of title to the Software. All intellectual property rights in and to the Software remain the exclusive property of RadSystems.

1.3. User agrees not to:

Decipher, decompile, or reverse engineer any portion of the Software.
Remove or alter any copyright or other proprietary notices within the Software.
Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer the Software or any portion thereof to a third party.

2. Monthly Subscription Model

2.1. RadSystems offers a monthly subscription licensing option for RadSystems Studio.

2.2. Subscription Term:

The Subscription term shall be for one (1) month, commencing on the date of purchase or license activation ("Subscription Term").
The Subscription will automatically renew for successive monthly periods ("Renewal Term") unless cancelled by the User before the end of the then-current Subscription Term.

2.3. Subscription Fees:

The monthly Subscription fee for a single developer (1 PC) is Thirty Dollars (USD 30.00).
User acknowledges that the Subscription fee is NON-REFUNDABLE after purchase.

2.4. Failed Billing:

If billing fails for any reason whatsoever, User’s access to RadSystems Studio will be restricted, and the Software will become inaccessible until billing is successfully resolved.
In cases of non-renewal or failed billing, the User will lose access to all new features, updates, and development capabilities.

3. Trial Version

RadSystems offers a fully functional trial version of the Software for thirty (30) days for evaluation purposes. No credit card information is required to access the trial version.

4. Development Packages and Licensing

4.1. The Software includes five (5) development packages (PHPRad Classic, PHPRad Vue, PYRad Vue, NodeRad Vue, and ASPRad Vue) accessible with a single monthly Subscription.

4.2 User can choose to develop with any or all of the included packages. RadSystems Studio packages are not available for individual or single purchase. The entire package is licensed to a user as a whole.

5. Upgrades and Updates

Upgrades and updates to the Software are included throughout the active Subscription Term.

6. License Entitlements

6.1. A valid Subscription entitles User to:

Unlimited tables and fields for project development.
No limitations on the number of applications generated with the Software.
Non-paid basic support from RadSystems.

6.2. RadSystems will make commercially reasonable efforts to correct bugs or other errors in the Software. However, RadSystems is not liable for downtimes or User’s inability to use the Software.

7. Term and Termination

7.1. This Agreement shall commence on the date the User downloads or uses the Software and shall remain in full force and effect until terminated in accordance with this Agreement.

7.2. RadSystems may terminate or update this Agreement at any time for cause, including but not limited to the User's breach of any provision of this Agreement.

7.3. Upon termination of this Agreement, all rights granted to the User under this Agreement shall cease, and the User shall promptly uninstall and destroy all copies of the Software in its possession or control.
